Our Blackberry capsules is made up of a blend of Blackberry 30%, Yoghurt 30%, Xylitol 15.4% and Vitamin C 1.5% and 22.1% Inactive ingredients

Blackberry extract is a rich source of anthocyanins.  Anthocyanins provide the pigment in flowers and leaves.  Anthocyanins are a powerful antioxidant, which may offer support for heart health as well as act as an anti –inflammatory.

Xylitol is widely known to prevent dental decay and acts to prevent bacteria adhering to the mucous membranes, literally washing it away.

The Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the Yoghurt have great benefits when taken together and is excellent during and after the use of antibiotics to restore the proper balance of organisms

in the gut.

Blackberries are also rich in Vitamin C and fiber, which can help reduce the risks of certain cancers

Dosage: Take 2-4 tablets twice daily before meals.
